- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This score is really 4.9 Why? I have docked 0.1 because I am still new to the surgery although my treatment-experience is fairly extensive and there's more to come so there's some 'waiting and seeing' to be done yet. On the + side: Dr William Scott is patient, calm, gentle, informative and open to questions about what he's doing. Sometimes, I hardly notice he's working on me! The photgraphic imagery of his work is a beauty to see. Emma McFarlane has already carried out work that other dentists advised I could not have done. And sadly, there's more to do.
