- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been coming here for nearly 30 years and have to say I've always had excellent experiences with the all GPs and most of the receptionists. This morning, after ringing every 10 seconds for about 20 mins from 8am ,I eventually got through. The person on the phone was, I have to say, brusque, not very friendly, borderline rude but very efficient. I appreciate they are busy, but a cheerful voice when you are feeling rubbish is not much to ask for. My appointment was with a Dr Anil Dhoul who I'd never met before. He was very thorough, charming and professional. He smiled. He took his time. I felt listened to and treated with respect. I was impressed.by Helen McEntireNovember 15, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Yet again I have been fobbed of by this practice. I collapsed on Saturday late after noon, but no one in my house over weekend to help. Just called the practice this morning, and explained this along with my concerns, and told to call back tomorrow at 8am!!! They did not even advise me to go to A&E.by Luke KirtonOctober 09, 2017
